From the initial clarity of the website, to the personal phone call to confirm the order, to the shipping and delivery everything was handled professionally and expeditiously. “After following Watch Box since its inception, I just completed my first transaction. Bill Comfort was great, with clear, prompt communications and helped me trade my son's 41 mm Royal Oak for a 39 mm Royal Oak Jumbo he'd decided he prefers. It made his Christmas merry. Everything was as described. I'm sure I'll do business with Watch Box in the future, especially now that the 1916 Company brings together several favorite retailers with Watch Box.”
