“I rarely write a review unless I find the service and staff truly exceptional, in the case of The 1916 Company both are world class in every regard. The staff ( Josh Thanos) has provided outstanding service each and every time I have purchased a watch, I can’t say enough about how impressive the company is, they should be the only choice of any true watch enthusiasts when selecting a timepiece.”

I first became acquainted with the company several years ago when I inquired about purchasing a Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch. I received a response from Natalie, my sales associate , who was able to acquire the watch for me in a short amount of time. My satisfaction is not solely based on the product, but equally based on the customer service I received. Natalie is both professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The entire process was flawless. The store is beautiful, well stocked, and consistent in their customer treatment protocols. I highly recommend The 1916 Company for anyone desiring a luxury watch and luxury service.”

“I visited 1916's IWC store at Fashion Square, looking for an IWC Portugieser. Not having seen the IWC collection in person, I worked with Rocky, who was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the industry more broadly. I first went into their main store and a consultant there walked with me down the mall to their IWC showroom, class all around. The 1916 app is also worth mentioning, a great tool for any enthusiast to have on their phone, even if not a 1916 client.”

“Whenever i have an interest in a watch, I check to see if the 1916 Company has one. Over the years i have done business with them they have earned my trust. A watch purchased from them will be in excellent working condition. They won’t sell it if it isn’t. I cannot recommend them highly enough”
