“I saw a watch I liked and sent a note that I had a question. Phil Maltese responded and gave me the information I needed and we had a great conversation about the watch and a similar one that I liked. Phil was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The watch arrived and was exactly as I hoped it would be. I’ll certainly use The 1916 company again.”

“Awesome experience at the 1916 Company, Christiana Mall store. Vanessa Downes made the whole experience so pleasing and memorable. Can’t thank her enough! Although I had prepaid for the Tudor Black Bay 58 online, I used the opportunity to look around the store appreciating the awesome collection they have. My watch itself is stunning and I am absolutely madly in love with this all burgundy piece from Tudor.”

“Heather was a very professional and customer oriented. She made sure that my yacht-master was the perfect fit before I left with my purchase. Heather also made sure that we updated my preferences for my next couple of timepieces. As a watch collector, I am very happy with The 1916 Company and Heather as my sales associate. “The 1916 Company exceeded my expectations.I visited their Newport Beach Store and met Heather Eckman Client Advisor. I enquired about a hard to get GMT Master 2 Watch made for left handlers. She did not have one to try on ,but in further discussions I also enquired about An Air King which they had on display. I told her I liked it as well she took all my information ani I indicated that it would be amazing to get The GMT for my 70 th Bitrhday. After talking about watches she smiled and said you never know! Well. Called to do a follow up with Heather but she was on vacation.I spoke to Dillon and had a great conversation! He said he would pass the info on.Next day I receive a text from Heather 4 days before my birthday, " I have your GMT if you are still interested. I now own it! Heather made me feel so special when I picked up the watch. It was sized perfectly by your staff. A great experience!”

“I purchased my first two to watch the 1916 company could not have been any happier with the purchase The watch was used, but came with all the original paperwork and packaging, which is all an excellent condition The watch was purchased through eBay, so I had to go through the authenticator, but the confidence, knowing that I was receiving an authentic item as well worth the weight The product was shipped well packaged, and safe. I’m looking forward to purchasing my next watch from them.”

“I own quite a few watches, but this was my first luxury purchase from an authorized dealer, and it was a good experience. I put my name on the list only a week earlier, and was surprised my Rolex model became available so quickly. John Rodriguez was my salesperson and he was great. Very personable and engaging, he made me feel like it didn't matter that I wasn't a previous customer. I have heard about a glass of champagne as part of the pick-up/unboxing process, which would have been nice. Other than that, I'm very pleased.”

“I recently purchased from The 1916 Company an A Lange Sohne Langematik. My advisor was Matt Parker. The quality of timepiece was far better than expected and described by Matt. Matt was very knowledgeable not only about the timepiece but provided expert insights/context of the current market for the watch, which was very helpful in my purchase decision. There was no pressure to purchase throughout the process. The 1916 Company provided exceptional customer service that exceeded my expecations. “I bought a Rolex Daytona 116520 with white dial. The watch was mint. It had the box and papers and certified preowned by Rolex. In a world of fakes, this made the buyer process easy. The price was very fair. Alex was great to work with. I highly recommend this seller.”
