“This was my first time purchasing from The 1916 Company. I was able to secure a Rolex Datejust for my husband’s 60th birthday because Erica went above and beyond for me. “I took my vintage Rolex GMT in for service and a new bracelet. The Service liaison Armoni Stewart was great, she examined the watch and discussed the process with me and than gave me a detailed estimate of cost for a new bracelet and to service the watch. They sent the watch back to rolex for service and contacted me when it was ready. The estimate they gave me was right on. From the time you walk into the store until you leave the staff is helpful and courtesy.”

“I found you're business had a RCPO available in the watch I liked. Alex, contacted me and felt secure I wasn't being lied too, an art form, that has made it difficult to believe anyone these days. Per my discussion with Alex, providing info to some history of the yacht master, along with no pressure from Alex, I was comfortable that I knew the reputation of established business, I was going to get exactly what was shown in pictures. I'm delighted with my purchase and appreciate all the steps Alex took, to make my purchase perfect.”
