“I contacted August for a purchase of a pre-owned Grand Seiko watch on the company's website and it was a pleasure to work with him. He graciously offered to ship the watch overnight because the purchase occurred over a holiday. It arrived promptly and in beautiful shape! Since my husband and I gifted the watch, our son-in law is obsessed with it and won't take it off!! Great job, August. Your company is lucky to have you.”

“The 1916 Compnay delivers uncomprimised customer service at every opportunity. The team truely values their customer's time and business. We made an appointment with Rob Mullendore to look at a Rolex for my wife. He truely listended to her preferences as the different models and configurations were discussed and placed on her wrist. This attention to detail helped her decide on the perfect watch. The day she took delivery of her watch was amazing and certainly worth the wait. Charles Chaikaew did a great job explaing the features of the watch and most importantly made sure the fit on her wrist was perfect. Trust The 1916 Company to deliver the expierience you deserve...”
