“If you want a trustworthy jeweler with full of nice, friendly, beautiful people, go there. I knew they would be my go-to jewler the minute I walked in. There is no need to worry about anything when buying from them. Huge shoutout to Valerie and Alex from Newport Beach location for going above and beyond every time. It's been almost a year and I'm very happy to celebrate my lifetime memories with them.”

“I was not looking to buy a new time piece when I went to Scottsdale. I was there on business. I first went in to the 1916 company store to see some Grand Seikos, and a shorter gentleman helped me. I didn’t really feel welcomed by this person and I left the store. Across from the 1916 company store was the Breitling boutique which apparently is also part of the 1916 company. I went in just to look around. I was looking at the Navitimers since it was also a watch on my “want” list. Anthony helped me out. He let me try on a couple of them and he was very courteous and friendly. I ultimately walked out with a gorgeous new Navitimer. Large part of it was my great experience with Anthony. 10/10 experience at Breitling Scottsdale.”

“Great atmosphere. The salesperson who sold me a Rolex was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire purchasing experience exceptional. It’s very important not just to sell a watch, but to make the buyer feel valued and welcome — and she did exactly that. I truly like the new Rolex design and remodel. I have visited many Bucherer and other Rolex stores around the world, and what you have done with the remodel is of the highest standard. “Bought a Rolex Datejust 41 from 1916 Ardmore and couldn’t be happier. Connor Fallon was kind, unpretentious, and truly professional. He arranged a thoughtful private delivery, walked us through everything, showed my wife some handbags, and patiently handled multiple bracelet adjustments without ever making us feel rushed. “Love the Rolex OP and Sinn that I picked up August Benjamin went over and above for me. He picked these watches up in the AM in the downtown Philly store and brought them up to Ardmore for me. Had a great visit with my brother.”
