“The entire experience was best in class. From sourcing, to the actual pickup of the watch. Erik was extremely knowledgeable of not just the particular watch I purchased, but the business and industry in general. It didn't feel like just a watch purchase, it felt like a watch experience. This was also my first time dealing with 1916 and the showroom was beautiful, staff was welcoming and I will definitely be returning.”

“I am extremely satisfied with my recent experience, and while the location plays a role, my primary appreciation stems from the knowledge and experience of Russell. The detailed explanation he provided about the watch was particularly impressive. I have not encountered anyone with Russell's level of expertise elsewhere. “Customer service at The 1916 Company in Manhattan Beach Village is superb. From the security guards to the sales representatives, my husband and I were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel welcomed. Rachel was very personable and professional, providing clear communication regarding an item's off-site location and its delivery to the MBV store on a different day so I could see it in person. “I had such a great experience with 1916 Company. I walked in hoping to try on a Day-Date, but ended up falling in love with the new Datejust 41 with the green ombré dial (Ref. M126300-0025). Erica was genuinely interested in what I was looking for, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel very personal. I mentioned that my 24th wedding anniversary was coming up, and she added me to the waitlist. I honestly expected to wait quite a while, so I was shocked when she reached out and said my watch had arrived. Couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out!”
