“Bought my first watch from 1916, a Breitling Top Time. Communication was great. They shipped the watch almost immediately to Canada and it arrived 3 days later which I think is a pretty fast shipment given it got held up for a day at the border while I paid the Duty. Will definitely buy from them again as my collection grows.”

“I want to give a shout out to sales associate Ladan Ebadi, and Alex Refanidis who is assistant manager at the Newport Fashion Island store. They both went out and beyond to make my sales experience with the 1916 Company memorable. Ladan was patient, never pushy with me regarding the sales process. When I bought my white Speedmaster Moonwatch, the watch had a fine fibers/lint near the 5 minute marker. I called, and spoke to Alex when I first discovered it. He said to send him pictures, and he will do his best to have Omega replace it with a new watch. The worst case scenario would be for me to bring it in for service, so Omega can remove the lint. In about 2 business days, Alex said he was able to get me another new Speedy from Omega, and to come in to swap the one with the lint. I was amazed how Alex went out of his way to expedite, and resolved my watch problem so quickly.”

“An absolutely first-class experience. We visited The 1916 Company in Manhattan Beach to purchase my wife's first Rolex, a Lady-Datejust 26mm, and Hunter could not have been more helpful. We had already identified the watch in their CPO inventory, and Hunter took the time to answer all our questions and provide additional photos and videos, helping us confidently secure the perfect watch while on a family road trip along the West Coast. The entire experience was professional, seamless, and memorable. We left with a beautiful watch and a wonderful memory of a very special occasion. Highly recommended.”

“I had never visited this company but I wanted a particular David Yurman bracelet for my daughter. When I walked in the store I was immediately taken back at the amazing look of this store. So many beautiful brands represented in every corner. I was immediately greeted by a lovely lady who showed me to the Yurman counter. Another lovely lady helped me with my purchase. Then these ladies took me over to see the collection of handbags. Oh my goodness what a wonderful adventure. You must visit this store. It was a pleasure.”

“My new Breitling Avenger Night Mission 42mm ceramic is a fantastic watch! 1916 Company offered a great deal. It was certified authentic and the watch even had some of stickers attached to it - really great for a pre-owned time peace. “My wife and I had a stellar experience with Brittany at the 1916 Company's Scottsdale location. Over the course of several visits, she answered all of our questions, got to know us as people, and ultimately assisted us with the purchase of our CPO Submariner Date. We had visited other Rolex authorized dealers in the area as well and the service we received at 1916 Company was well above the rest. “I recently purchased my 6th Breitling watch but this was the first time with The 1916 Company. I was looking to purchase this model for a while but I was having poor experiences with the Breitling Store between service repairs and feeling like the sales reps were annoyed with having to spend more than 30 seconds with me when I was looking to make a purchase. I was about to move to Cartier, which gave me fantastic service and attention. However, I did really like this watch. I'm so glad I reached out to The 1916 Company. They had a great selection to choose from and made the buying process simple and fast. I made an offer, which was quickly accepted and the watch was delivered to me in two days. The rep I spoke with from the Manhattan Beach office, Ryan, was courteous and very communicative.”
