Everyone I have encountered there is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. More specifically, I have worked with Victoria on all my purchases; and even on my shopping long before I was ready to make my first "real watch" purchase. That's been over 10 years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. And, in fact, I have recommended her, and 1916 in general to several friends looking for a watch and fine jewelry retailer.
