August was patient polite and professional. He answered my questions and insured me that I was making the right purchase. Because the purchase was late on Friday on Labor Day weekend , the sale was completed before close of day and he called first thing Tuesday and sent me the sales receipt and arranged shipping thru Fed Ex. My watch arrived 11:00 Thursday September 4. So far,so good!
