Had 4 lessons booked, including one booked a month in advance for my practical test. 1 last minute cancellation, 3 no shows. I missed my test as a result.
AA took no responsibility, just said they cant reach the instructor, did not offer an alternative instructor, have not refunded or even replied to any of my complaints.
It's been 2 months since original complaint. Still nothing.
Avoid like the pox.
