“I passed my driving test on the first attempt thanks to Junaid’s excellent teaching. He is very patient, calm, and explains everything clearly, which really helped build my confidence. His lessons were well structured and focused on both driving skills and test preparation. I always felt comfortable asking questions and learning from my mistakes. I would highly recommend Junaid to anyone looking for a reliable and professional driving instructor.”

“My Son had driving lesson with Ziba. He was very nervous young man but Ziba help him very well. Her Excellent passion and enthusiasm make him feel confident. He was able to pass his test first time. I was extremely happy with Ziba and 100% recommend her. Many thanks for all the help.”

“AA driving school is easy to use and puts you in touch with local instructors. I have had 3 instructors and Junaid is by far the best one. I passed in Speke in Liverpool first time thanks to Junaid. He is an amazing, kind and patient instructor. He is always on time/ early and is very reliable. I really recommend him if you are in the Liverpool area.”

“Martin Gunter was definitely the best driving instructor I’ve had. He was always calm and patient, and his teaching style was very professional and effective. “AA Driving School made me happy! I passed my driving test in Mitcham today. My driving instructor is Jesuthasan Rajkumar (RAJ). From our first lesson he has always made me feel comfortable and save whilst driving. I started off very nervous, but only with his confidence boosts have I been able to pass today. His teaching method is very clear, and never gets annoyed regardless of how many questions I ask. Thank you so much Raj Uncle!”

“I’d like to say a huge thank you to my AA instructor Param Karthik who helped me pass my driving test. Param is very experienced, his teaching was well-structured, incredibly practical and supportive. I’m very grateful for how he reassured me when I had done right and topped me up for excellence during the lessons which is crucial for me to build up confidence needed for driving. He provided mock tests, and also covered every tiny steps that may possibly happen in an exam very well so nothing would come as a surprise in the actual one. Glad to have him, highly recommended!”

“AA Driving School itself made it very easy to find instructors in my area, book lessons, and refund on unused hours. My instructor Atiqa was great, I didn’t realise the difference a good driving instructor makes until I switched to Atiqa, suddenly I was driving so much better thanks to her. She explains things very clearly, making things that seemed scary or complicated before seem simple. She is very friendly and works hard for her students, and does not get angry if you make a mistake. I definitely recommend Atiqa as an instructor, she helped me pass first time with 1 minor!”

“Leah Wright is an amazing driving instructor in the Wigston/Leicester area. Calm, incredibly patient, and so easy to talk to. Her advice throughout was invaluable, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. If she can get me through a driving test, she can get anyone through, I passed my test with 2 minors. Highly recommend!”

“I am very happy with my driver instructor, Freddie Asare who I got from the AA Driving School. Though the platform wasn’t the best to navigate as a user, once my lessons were underway I was in a calm and patient environment which allowed me to excel whether I made a mistake or not. I have had the opposite experience with another combative instructor so that made Freddie all the more appreciated. I highly recommend Freddie as I couldn’t have passed my test without his guidance, trust and encouragement thought out my journey.”

“Review / Complaint I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and reliability shown by this driving school. My daughter began lessons in March with instructor Samantha Ashley. A driving test was successfully booked for December, and once the test date was confirmed, Samantha acknowledged it, recorded it in her diary, and allowed my daughter to book lessons in advance. Without warning or explanation, Samantha later cancelled a scheduled lesson and informed my daughter that she should find another instructor, stating she was no longer available. This was completely unacceptable, especially given that the test date had been known for months and no concerns about my daughter’s progress had ever been raised during this time. When I contacted Samantha to ask for an explanation, I was told my daughter had not had enough lessons. This made no sense, as there were still over two months remaining before the test date and ample opportunity to schedule additional lessons. At no point were we advised of any concerns, given a progress update, or offered the option of postponing the test if necessary. I then arranged lessons with another instructor, Ms Kaukab J Mirza, but unfortunately this experience was equally poor. She allowed my daughter to book lessons and then cancelled, stating she was on holiday. Despite being fully aware of my daughter’s test date, she later said she could no longer fit her in for lessons. This caused further disruption and stress at a crucial time. Additionally, her conduct was unprofessional. On one occasion, she sprayed the seat my daughter had been sitting on immediately after she exited the vehicle, which I found inappropriate and unnecessary. This instructor also repeatedly pressured us into booking more lessons than were needed, despite my daughter being test-ready. After I decided to move my daughter to another company, I was repeatedly contacted with messages suggesting she take her test in our own car and screenshots of DVLA guidelines, implying a mandatory minimum of 20–40 lessons. These guidelines are not compulsory, and learning ability varies from student to student. My son passed his test with 13 lessons, which demonstrates that a blanket approach is inappropriate. The repeated messages became excessive and made me feel harassed, to the point where I had to block further contact. Thankfully, I have since found a professional and reliable driving school for my daughter. I only wish I had done so sooner. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. There appears to be a strong focus on maximising lesson numbers rather than assessing individual ability or providing consistent, professional support. I would advise others to carefully consider alternative driving schools before committing.”

“During my time as a learner driver, my driving instructor Andrew Carrick (Andy) from the AA driving school demonstrated everything you could possibly want in an instructor. Not only is he superb technically, very patient and supportive, but he also is a great person in general and very easy to talk to about pretty much anything. He gave me the confidence to pass my test first time and now go on to become a very safe and comfortable driver on the road. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an instructor.”
