“avoid avoid avoid, lie to customer been promising lessons since August Samina Cheethan Hill was meant to be giving lessons in November, December 23 then January 24 let down not offered one single one as of March 24. Shocking experience, customer service just as mad never been treat so poorly for a service 0 stars cos they are so rubbish.”

“do not waste your time, they lie, promise lessons from one month to next which don’t happen appalling customer services been promised lessons since August last year (23) my daughter hasn’t had one it’s now March 24. Please go somewhere else.”

“Thank you, Kajanraj. I couldn't be more grateful to have had him as my driving instructor. It was a very positive experience learning from him. His patience,clear instructions,complete support, and full dedication to ensuring I passed the first time were particularly noteworthy. YES! I passed the first time at the Chingford Test Centre on March 1st, thanks to Kajanraj, and I would definitely recommend him again.”

I learn how to be confident,patience with my self,how to give time and how to progress from lessons to lessons! Raj is the most calm person in the world and he will always teach you enough times to make sure you understand that thing! “I had 1 lesson and it was terrible. I only drove like 0.5 mile for 2 hrs lesson!!! I made a complaint for it obviously they are not caring about how was your lesson. They only caring the length of the lesson. Avoid if you don't have a good recommendation for specific person.”

“I had Jahir Salihu as my instructor and he was excellent. He helped me prepare for the test in a very short timeframe and I passed first time! Extremely patient, great teacher and really knowledgeable. Very professional, always on time and very flexible to fit in lessons as we got closer to the test. And importantly he kept me calm on the day! I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Jahir!”

“I have passed my driving test this morning, and I owe it all to my amazing instructor Faisal Anwar. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire learning process. “Nice enough guy but not a good instructor. I think after 8 lessons not learned the clutch or done much on the road. Constantly late or no show due to AA area covered, couldnt get from lesson 1 to the next in time. Worsened by turning up in different cars several times. Poor show to let inexperienced instructor take proper lessons. Lack of consistency and poor attention to planning his timing.”

“Just doing this review as a parent. So I bought my lad an initial pack of 6 lessons with Jalal Kazi. After 4 lessons he had not progressed to using second gear which took another 2 hours of coaching. My son found Jalal to be very professional and always on time which was great. I know the roads are busier than back in the 90s when I learned but this seems excessively cautious approach especially as the cars have dual controls. At this point I decided not to buy any further lessons and took over the instruction myself. We did practice of driving in all traffic conditions including central Birmingham and all the examinable manoeuvres covering about 700 miles in total. 6 weeks later he passed his test with 4 minors. We have addressed these issues and I’m now going to take him for motorway experience. I’m not a qualified instructor but a driver with 30 years and access to a wealth of support on the internet. For me this saved a lot of money and was a good time to bond with my child. Hope this review is helpful to others. If you do decide to undertake the training yourself, remember, MIRRO, SIGNAL, MANOEUVRE, is still as important as ever. Good luck.”

“Faisal Anwar was my instructor. He is an incredible instructor, so professional, so kind, so patient and teaches you everything you need to learn for driving and how to take the test in a very short period. I'm so thankful that I passed my test with 2 minors with him in only 3 lesson. I recommend him to everybody.”

“I had Muhammad as my driving instructor for the Swindon area and it was amazing and couldn’t fault him at all I looked forward to every lesson and he was so professional through out the whole time I truly feel that he adapted to the way I learn and remained calm even when I made mistakes I’d rate him higher if I could!”

“I really enjoyed learning with AA Driving School. So much so that I’ve done it three times (due to things happening in life). Third times the charm they say haha. It’s a great Driving school. Raj my instructor was great. Knows how to get you to perform your best and is very chilled but professional when needs to be. Thank you!”

“It was a Great experience . I passed my driving test in my first attempt with the AA driving school especially with my instructor RAJ. “The instructor was late, rude and then proceed to tell me he will take me for a drive even though and I quote "the DVLA says tou can not drive because of your eyes" how do you let people continue a lesson when they can not see?”
