This man ( Shana Gladmore)doesn’t deserve to be a driving instructor. Very rude and disrespectful. He was shouting at me like a kid.
Telling me you will be pass you test but I passed with only 4 minors without any instructor’s help. He really dumped my spirit on that day. He took my money and didn’t refund the full amount. Shana is very unprofessional and everyone should avoid him.
