Had 2 instructors that would cancel with impunity, any time window before a lesson they liked. Both would make full use of the 48 hour student cancellation window that the AA provides however, your time is worthless and theirs is worth 100% of the overpriced £35/h they charge.
Their customer service is absolutely shocking, prices are extortionate and availability is non-existent.
Maybe it's just that the profession of 'driving instructor' only attracts braindead washouts with only one skill?
