Instructor: Muhammad Malik
During the session, the instructor raised his voice at me and spoke in a demeaning manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. This led to me breaking down in tears and being unable to complete the lesson. Instructor refused to refund me money. Complaint to DVLA has been sent.
