The AA driving instructor with the registration number KR23 BHD needs to learn some actual parking skills. When he is off work his AA vehicle is constantly blocking neighbours driveways and access points for long periods and overnight.
We have had several emergency services vehicles in the area whom have had difficulty accessing properties because of this. The person obviously has no consideration for others. Perhaps he needs to brush up on the highway code?
