I was always scared of the concept of being behind a wheel and taking on the responsibility to drive. After finding Farideh, who later became my driving instructor my whole perspective in driving shifted. She ensured that I believed in myself and became confident. Farideh was completely patient and understanding when I made mistakes and clearly set out how I can mend them. Her ability to stay calm under pressure when things went wrong was something I admired and appreciated immensely. After every session we had 10 minutes of debriefing where she would clearly outline the expectations and we set goals together on what needs to be focused on in future lessons. Farideh always showed a friendly and polite approach to ease my nerves and made me feel comfort throughout the sessions. At the time I was both a university student and worked part time, and my schedule was always busy and I had to manage to fit in driving lessons. Farideh was very flexible and even set sessions at 7am in the morning just to fit in sessions within my busy schedule and always arrived punctually. Without Farideh I wouldn’t have managed to pass as her guidance is something I will always cherish.
