I have no complaints about the policy I bought last year, but now my renewal for the coming year has shot up. Same car, same details, and no claims. I won't renewing obviously, when I can get a policy with the same details, almost a £100 less. Why do the companies do that? Surely it makes more sense to look after a loyal customer.
