I will never use AA again, they are the worse customer service ever.
They cancelled my ticket without previous notification and i had to buy another ticket costing me triple the amount...i will never use their service again. I will make sure that my family do not use their service as well.. i will tell even my friend about my experience so they will not use their service as well
