I woke up to a flat battery on 9 December. I have been a member for over 20 years and this is the first I have used the service. I contacted AA by phone/internet at approximately 12/45. I received an immediate reply that someone would with me my 1/10. Simon arrived at exactly that time. Tested my battery told me I needed a new one. He disappeared for about 50 mins came back and fitted anew one. Fabulous service by an outstanding employee . I cannot recommend him and the service highly enough. My annual fee well worth every penny.
