Left a young lad on the roadside, in the middle of nowhere , up in Scotland on the coldest night of the year . He waited 4 hrs before he was told at 10 pm no one was going to come to tow him and he had to find his own way ,40 minutes in total in sub zero conditions .
Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend
