Had a chap named Guy help me with my car today. Having recently switched over from RAC due to a disagreement over a battery warranty, first experience was great. Perfect communication, ran additional tests they didn’t have to and really helped me diagnose the problem. Gave recommendations of where to go at the lowest rate, checked my tyre pressure as they looked low, and came earlier than we expected. Offered a tip as a thank you, and even refused it.
