I contacted the aa at approx 2pm. They arrived at 6.20pm.
Poor arrogant customer service skills.
Could not diagnose problem. Was bashing the starter motor with a hammer to get the car going.
Wanted me to push the car in the cul de sac to bump start the car ???? Then I was to drive to local garage at 6.30pm when closed and I was to get a lift back home
On top of which I still don't know what is wrong with the car. I have not received any email confirmation from the aa of diagnosis.
Absolute rubbish.
