I was issued equipment by Access To Work as an employee by the AA. This equipment was not installed correctly and as a result was discriminated by the AA management. I am a registered blind person and do believe they wonted to get rid of me. The AA have tried to do this several times in the past, as they do not like persons with a disability. I can give details of this and do intend getting legal help for a dismissal which was of no fault of my own. I can prove this. The Managing Director of the AA pushed me aside.
Middle management at thr Oldbury Call Centre West Midlands have discriminated against me on several occasions throughout my 26 years as a dedicated employee.
