I received an 'out of the blue' a 'no-reply' notice telling me that the AA were going to renew my motor insurance policy.
To cancel my policy I had to wait in a PRIORITY queue for 30 plus minutes to talk to talk to the AA and eventually gave up after 45 minutes
The AA is obviously making it difficult to cancel a policy , otherwise one could have responded immediately to cancel the policy if the AA email was not a No Repy email.
I will never use the AA again for any of their services, if their PRIORITY telephone service is indicative of how the rest of their business performs, then I have made the right decision
