Diabolical. Had to call them out a while back and they took over 3 hours to come out. I was a woman stranded on her own in the evening. This time I am stuck waiting for them again and have had to call, fill out details online and call them again, having to wait an age for anyone to answer. As previous reviewers have said, they used to be really good.
Will be cancelling my cover and not renewing my insurance with them when due.
Appalling!
