My wife hit a deer in the middle of the night in an isolated spot in the Scottish Highlands. Car was extensively damaged and unable to be driven. The AA on this occasion proved to be a dysfunctional and incompetent organisation that effectively abandoned her.
The call centres are hell on earth.
