After joining online and suppling my vehicle reg etc.. The following day my clutch went 45 miles from home. My 1st break down in 40 years.
I had to pay £150 as I claimed within 24 hours.
The first recovery driver drove off as he didn't want to tow me home. He didn't inform the office, I had to request another driver. Took 7 hours to get me home.
