1st time I broke down, I informed them that my clutch pedal on my transit was broke and could not be fixed roadside but they insisted on sending a repair van. Waited 3 hrs for him to say in 10secs it need a recovery. Then a further 5 hours before the lorry arrived.
It's now happened again. Broke down at 4:50pm didn't get a van hear until 8:20. Now waiting for a recovery lorry due to get here at 12:35am. An absolutely appalling company, service is not fit for purpose.
