Awful company. Purchased breakdown cover from home start, next day went onto the app reported my breakdown guy on the phone said they will be out soon 5 minutes later another call comes through different guy and he says that the call out will be £150 and that if I call again with the same problem I will still be charged £150. Not even RAC was this bad… I spent money on buying the cover I won’t be using anymore
