I had comprehensive car cover with the AA. I trusted the name / brand and thought they would be a good insurer.
I was very wrong.
I had a non fault accident and they were absolutely awful.
I had to chase them every step of the way.
Everything was bad, the courtesy car, customer service and it took me over 5 hours of phone calls and dozens of emails to get sorted. I will never use them again.
