I joined the AA last week on line.
I opted to have the relevant paperwork posted to me
I have not received any email confirmation of the transaction.
I rang the help line and was told that as I had opted to receive my membership details by post I would not receive anything for up to a month. So I had to ask for my membership number and details.
Maybe I didn't read it correctly but it would have been good to know I'd have no confirmation or details of my membership for up to a month.
Not a great start.
