Six hours waiting and NOT HERE YET.
I reported a breakdown today at 14:27. Its 20:16 and they havent come to my rescue yet. My car wouldnt start and Ive had to cancel work and an important appointment.
Yes, I am at home ( they said I wasnt a priotity as I was at home…. But how can they decide what is an emergency or not on my behalf when I pay as everyone else ?). I understand this is not a medical emergency and Im not astray or without water or food but this has caused me a great deal of stress… and they are not here yet!
