It took about half an hour to establish a meaningful contact with the AA, and once having done so an approximate time for arrival was established, which was over three hours later, they failed to arrive.
Beware of agreeing for them to take your car to a professional garage,in this case about 4/5 miles away, they charge £300 for doing. After they failed to turn up I cancelled them and expected the return of the £300 I’d paid. They took £99 and reimbursed the balance. The ‘service’ is dreadful. I shall never use them again.
