Appalling Service! I have been a fully paid up member since 1999.
It took almost three hours for a mechanic to arrive. When he did he was unsociable and without even getting out of his van told me that my vehicle was no longer covered due to a change in the company policy. I couldn't believe it and subsequently made a phone call to complain cancelling my membership I was told this couldn't be done as the computers had crashed I was to phone back !! Not impressed is putting it mildly.
