My daughter and her kids one aged2 the other aged 4 and severely disabled broke down the afternoon call the aa was originally told 20 minutes they eventually turned up just over 3 hours later. Is that the so called service we expect from a nationwide company. Leaving a priority customer and her children in this heat for 3 hours. Absolutely DISCUSSTING. Both my daughter and myself will be cancelling. This is the second time we have used this service, 1st one they eventually sent a wagon(also took over 3 hours) but the vehicle was not capable of caring my car.ofered to tow to safety even though it is automatic and can't be towed. What is this so called company playing at.
