Hi team, I would like to let you know about a repair my Porsche Cayman S received today in the carpark at the Dun Cow. I have cover through my RBS bank account and I can honestly say, it is money well spent! The mechanic Neal was exceptional! He took a real interest and professional attitude in the AA’s commitment to “getting you back on the road”, even though I asked “where’s the low loader” when he arrived. His total dedication to the cause was absolutely second to none! I was stranded 60+ miles from home, and no garages in the area were either interested in helping, or were too busy to assist. Neal was absolutely superb, knowledgeable beyond anything I have ever seen, his attitude in helping a stranded customer is a total credit to him, you have a gem there!
