Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Ordered a recovery at 8am and at 10pm still not home!!! The worst customer service. too may sub-contractors who are doing whatever they want and keep you waiting for ours, AA customer service don't have a clue as to what is actually happening on the ground!!! Absolute joke of a company!!!
That what happens when you only care about selling memberships but don't care about supplying the service!!!
