Worst customer service I have ever seen in any company, was kept on hold for 1 hour and had the advisor answer the phone say he couldn't hear me, I said can you hear me know to which he replied nope and put the phone down on me. Other operators were useless, couldn't care less, obviously undertrained and very rude. Very unprofessional. Avoid this company like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
