Poorest customer service ever with an organisation of which I (and my wife) have been members for many years.
Phoned for quote, got quote by email, phoned to accept. They can't use the quote and have to requote – which turns out to be £50 more. Talked to patronising duty manager who refused to do anything other than doubt the quote I got said what it said.
I'm so disappointed with The AA and don't feel like renewing.
