Had to call them out twice in the last 2 weeks. 1st time needed new battery, was quoted one from the van, but was more than happy for me to ring around to get cheaper, he had no problem with me doing that- 5 stars.
Called out 2nd time for immmobilser issue, again guy was fantastic, all sorted and up and running again. While there he checked the car for other issues, and gave advice.
Both times I had a repair man at the car within 20 minutes!
Can't fault AA in any way !!!
