Purchased extended warranty plus gold star breakdown cover. My daughter put £10.00 petrol in a diesel car, broken down. Called the AA after 3 different depts told that the charge would be £250.00.
I searched and the first company rather smaller than the AA covers Misfuelling cover in the UK. Nothing more to be said really, will not use the AA again.
