My fist 2 flights where kinda nerve racking to the point where i slept through them. Now thanks to Alaina on my flight from Dallas to Columbia made me feel like a cared for person. Idk if she will ever see this, but thank you for going above to make me feel cared for by the company. My reciew would be much different if not for her. She took a moment to talk to me before and after the flight and that made all the differance. Again if you ever read this thank you Alaina.
