My mum birthday and my car decides to break down on the north circular, anyhow with no cover i called AA, it did take some time to get through to someone. However once i got through the lady on the other end was so helpful and sympathic to our situation. I took out a membership. Good value for money, she did not try to over sell anything to me. Our AA macanic that came to assist us was outstanding if i could give him 5 star i would, thanks alot to Mathew Amponsah
