I ordered a cricut maker for my daughter . It was a total dissapointment she simply could not get it to do any of the commands so we returned the item for a refund .we received a report that there was parts missing and the packaging was damaged ? We were told a full refund would not be made as the machine was now useless to them . To say we were troubled by this report but more disappointed than not having the machine at all.this report was not true everything that was delivered was sent back and as for packaging we were very careful upon opening the item and as for repacking it was sent back as nearon as it came .We feel the art of craft did not make us happy at all but sad to hear them issue such a report
