I ordered the joy xl die storage case, she put an envelope on each side, put on a grey garbage bag over it and shipped it to me like that. The case was broke when i got it. I send her several messages with photo's, she has ignored all of them. And i'm not the only one i saw on facebook. Do not buy from her, she clearly doesn't know what customer service is. It's a pitty that you can give one star. She really doesn't deserve one.
