A relaxed and very pleasurable experience. Spent many hours on two different days choosing a new streamer and vinyl system trying out many different options including server options and different cartridges. Very happy with my Rega P8/Apheta 3/Fono MC, Naim ND5XS2/XS3 and Audiovector QR1 speakers. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Jack.
