“I find Audiobarn a great team to deal with. Very patient, helpful and friendly. I purchased a Mola Mola Tambaque, for which they gave me a great trade-in price towards a Grimm MU2, which I am so happy with. I'm thinking of upgrading my speakers soon, and they will be my first port of call.”

“have visited Audio barn several times over the last two years, they must've wondered whether I was ever gonna buy anything. They have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Ben called me at the end of last year to let me know about the New REL carbons I just had to go and hear them for myself.”

“Knowleadgable staff, incredible selection of equipemnt all of which is presented in beautiful surroundings. I cannot reccomend the Audio Barn any more highly. We shared our 'brief' with Ben who took time to put together three comparable systems for us to listen to. No rush, no hard sell, just good coffee and quiet, attentive support provided throughout. Our new system was keenly priced, ordered quickly and upon delivery, we were offered different options for setup. Aftercare support (equally important) has been as good as the pre-sales. Well worth a visit.”

“The service from all at Audiobarn was exceptional. I was allowed the best part of 2 hours to demo the P3 RS and the Elex MK4 that I was considering with my own vinyl. The service, the audio rooms (and the coffee) were exemplary. This is the one place you must visit if you have any interest in improving your audio. Ben,Jack and Graeme will take care of you.”

“My first experience of the Audiobarn was my aquisition of the high-end streamer - the Antipodes Oladra. I had approached the Audiobarn with fairly detailed notions of what streamers I wanted to listen to and why I was interested in them. Ben Radford answered the phone. He listened to me, asked a few questions and then, gently, patiently and politely took apart all my preconceptions and misunderstandings and showed me a clearer path to streaming heaven. The Audiobarn (or barns) is in a nice location. I don't think there are any neighbours to upset when you crank the volume up here. It's remoteness somehow imparts a class and exclusivity that I found charming, there is nothing else around to distract you from the Hi-Fi business in hand. It's stuffed, as you would expect, with all sorts of high-end desirable gear. Ben gave me the full tour and when my wallet has eventually recovered from the blunt force trauma of the Oladra, I look forward to going back and working with Ben on how to make the next improvements. Ben worked out a very good deal on the Oladra, I was able to part exchange some Stax kit I no longer used. Ben kept me informed at all stages of the orders comimg from the other side of the planet. Ben has recently helped me further. I thought Roon was too much fuss and bother for a fairly basic service offering. Ben pointed out that the Oladra came with Roon core (duh!) and with 20 mins effort I was up and using Roon and actually getting decent information about what I was streaming, something that Qobuz is quite shockingly bad at. All in all a very satisfying experience indeed with the Audiobarn. I am much worse off financially than I intended but, with the guidance of Ben, I am 100% sure I have done the right thing. “Jack and his team are friendly,extremely knowledgeable giving excellent customer service.Nothing is too much trouble for them. Before a recent third purchase they set up a home demonstration for me providing advice and expertise and gave me plenty of time to make the right decision. A great range of products and great service from start to finish. They also hold a series of product themed open day events at the Audiobarn. Well worth a visit.I highly recommend them.”

“I have nothing but praise for AudioBarn, excellent customer service comes as standard, and I can’t thank Jack enough for making the Linn Klimax purchase a reality - thank you Jack! Klimax DSM - it does precisely what it states on the box! What astounds me is how it seems to elevate every other component in the chain, each performing at a level I didn't fully know they possessed. The noise floor vanishes, revealing a breathtakingly detailed, organic, and spatially precise soundstage. Music has another level weight, texture, and an effortless flow that is simply captivating. I would highly recommend it as a system upgrade 👌🏼”

“It’s rare to find a hifi shop that really gets everything right from start to finish, but AudioBarn did exactly that. Jack’s communication was excellent ….. quick replies to my emails, and he was always happy to go the extra mile to make sure I was Mr happy. I think I’ve just found a real gem of a shop, and I’ll be coming back in the future. Thanks so much for the great advice and for helping me make the right choice with some recent Acoustic Energy purchases.”

“A few months ago, I visited the Audiobarn looking to upgrade my system. They had the LP12, Vertere, and P10 available for demo, and Graeme arranged a setup similar to mine for comparison. After a couple of hours, I chose the LP12. Audiobarn provided excellent service—everything you'd expect from a top dealer.”

“The Audiobarn offers a very personalised and knowledgeable service. My Rega Planar 6 was set up and calibrated prior to collection for no extra charge and I was warmly welcomed by Ben upon arrival. They have a great range of audio equipment at Audiobarn with bespoke facilities to audition them there, or try-before-you-buy at home, which is fantastic.”

“Great Service and it is evident the team are passionate about Hi Fi, Customer service and communication was great and although I was looking to sound test on my home equipment , they took the time to link the component I was buying to a demo system to show functionality and operation alongside proving what a quality bit of equipment I was actually buying . Super Happy with my Naim Streamer and the additional Naim Fraim Level , simply excellent. Very Happy Customer!”

“This was my first experience with Audiobarn, and I cannot praise Jack and the team highly enough. I found them friendly and approachable, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I will be using them again without hesitation. My initial order for a Rega Aphelion 2 cartridge came with excellent value, including complimentary installation/service checks for my used Rega P10 and RP10. Jack also patiently held my order and deposit for nearly two months due to my unavailability. At the 11th hour I found a deal on an ex-demo Rega Naia that I could not pass up. When I contacted Jack about cancelling the Aphelion order - a request I made with great reluctance, knowing it might be problematic - Jack went above and beyond. He quickly offered to match the other seller's highly discounted price by selling me their own pristine ex-demo Naia/Aphelion 2. The team still serviced my used P10 during collection, and the Naia is like new. We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible sound and the extraordinary level of service. Their dedication to customer satisfaction from start to finish was second to none!”
