“As someone who appreciates good sound but has no idea about modern technology (I was alright in the days of NICAM!) Ben and team were exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much effort and listening, with coffee, was just the ticket. I suspect when my wife came to listen their hearts sank but both audiobarn and myself are lucky: she makes me spend more than I wanted to. Ben came over to do the set up (see above NICAM comment) and have now spent many a blissful hour listening and streaming.”

“The Audiobarn provided an excellent service for me to choose my next headphone amp and headphones. I had an audition room all to myself to review various headphone amps and headphones. My previous setup was Naim Headphone 1 amp (with crackley volume pot) and Sennheiser HD600. I spent most of a Saturday there. Plenty of tea and judicious, but not pushy advice, to point me in the right direction to satisfy what I wanted out of the combo - quite an education for me and a relevation on what modern equipment can deliver - Wow! Technology has moved on a lot! - Looking forward to the next progression if people invest in these products.”

“Great bunch of guys - friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They let me borrow equipment identical to what I was thinking of buying, so I could try it at home with my own system, and the chance to listen to as many things on it as I wanted. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough!”

“I have a Lyra Etna/Naim Aro/LP12 and felt I wasn't getting the best from the Etna. Jack/Ben/Steve kindly arranged an extended demo of the Calon and now it sings. Normal exemplary service from the Audiobarn team.”

“Jack at the Audiobarn was fantastic to deal with. He offered advice on a replacement cartridge to replace the damaged Exact on my Rega 50th Anniversary P3 and I went for Rega's newly released Nd7 cartridge. Jack offered advice on how to fit it myself and even arranged next day delivery. I was up and running the next day. My local dealer who supplied my P3 originally is closing down but they referred me to Jack at Audiobarn, so as one door closes another one opens. I'd certainly use them again.”

“I had contacted Audiobarn to purchase a Linn Selekt LP12 Turntable (as an upgrade from my LP12 Majik). Audiobarn were friendly and helpful to answer any questions I had before committing my purchase. Audiobarn took the time to properly service and prepare my LP12 prior to delivery. The engineer who delivered and installed my LP12 was very professional with the installation ensuring everything was just right. I am very pleased with my purchase from Audiobarn and would be very happy to buy from them again.”

“I was very pleased with the service and advice provided by Jack and Ben at the Audiobarn. After doing my research I was looking for a loudspeaker that would suit my smallish room with good efficiency and bass response. I found my previous stand mounted speakers were disappointing in that way. Ben and Jack explained how Audionote speakers would suit my listening environment. The audition rooms are excellent and I was allowed time and space to test out speaker options from my preferred vinyl source. I was very impressed with the results so an order was placed and about 6 weeks later the speakers arrived. I was also given a generous P/X deal on the previous to offset the new cost. Now home and running in nicely I am extremely happy with the speakers and would definitely recommend the Audiobarn for it's listening facilities and no pressure approach to the sales process.”

“Great advice and patience as always. The team at Audiobarn set up several sets of speakers, mirroring my system at home, and let me spend as long as I required to make my conclusions as to which ones I would like to purchase. Furthermore, I could then try the speakers at home to check that they suited my home environment. I wouldn't purchase from any other place due to the fantastic service i have received from them over the past five years. The best 👌”

“I have bought a pair of Susvaras from the Audiobarn and have traded-in my other equipments in the past. The responsiveness of the staff and the overall experience I had with the Audiobarn is nothing short of amazing.
