“Great Service and it is evident the team are passionate about Hi Fi, Customer service and communication was great and although I was looking to sound test on my home equipment , they took the time to link the component I was buying to a demo system to show functionality and operation alongside proving what a quality bit of equipment I was actually buying . Super Happy with my Naim Streamer and the additional Naim Fraim Level , simply excellent. Very Happy Customer!”

“This was my first experience with Audiobarn, and I cannot praise Jack and the team highly enough. I found them friendly and approachable, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I will be using them again without hesitation. My initial order for a Rega Aphelion 2 cartridge came with excellent value, including complimentary installation/service checks for my used Rega P10 and RP10. Jack also patiently held my order and deposit for nearly two months due to my unavailability. At the 11th hour I found a deal on an ex-demo Rega Naia that I could not pass up. When I contacted Jack about cancelling the Aphelion order - a request I made with great reluctance, knowing it might be problematic - Jack went above and beyond. He quickly offered to match the other seller's highly discounted price by selling me their own pristine ex-demo Naia/Aphelion 2. The team still serviced my used P10 during collection, and the Naia is like new. We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible sound and the extraordinary level of service. Their dedication to customer satisfaction from start to finish was second to none!”

“I recently traded in my amp and turntable at Audio Barn for a new setup, including the Rega Planar 6. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. What really stood out was the time I was given in the listening room. I brought along some of my own vinyl, and they encouraged me to take my time making sure everything sounded just right. That level of care and attention made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. Overall, Audio Barn made upgrading my system easy and enjoyable. Great service, a relaxed atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares about music and their customers. Highly recommended!”

“Very easy and helpful to deal with. They obviously know what they are doing, offer some great products and allow you plenty of time to make up your own mind without pushing. I found them convenient to visit with good parking and excellent demo facilities, they installed and set up my purchases with meticulous attention to detail. Very much recommended.”

“I have mobility issues & cant drive so getting to their showroom from Southend is near impossible. Thankfully when i rang them and spoke to Ben Radford & explained about wanting to add a Roon Core to my system he went through a couple of options and said " No Problem I will come to you, set everything up leave it with you for a week , so you can listen with your own equipment and make your own mind without any pressure. I ended up with a Zen Mini that was 18 months ago. Customer service so good I reciently bought T + A Symphonia ( ordered one after a 10 minute home demonstration)”

“I’ve visited two or three upper end HiFi dealerships but Audiobarn is far and away a leader. Their knowledge of the products they sell, the suitability to the equipment one already owns and their attention to detail to get the best from it, is exemplary. Ben, Graeme and Jack have been nothing short of outstanding in their care and effort to take my system to another level. I have nothing but praise for Audiobarn and would not hesitate to recommend testing them out.”

“Audiobarn is without doubt the number 1 place to go for all your Requirements ,Staff are 2nd to none the best Service you will get anywhere. Bought some Amazing Kit from here Recently and it sounds absolutely Superb,Demo's on the Premises are Exactly what you want,no Hard Sale stuff going on here. Wide range of everything available just check the Website. Extremely Knowledgeable, you buy what you want not what they want you to have. Hugely Recommended, go once and you won't go anywhere else i promise you,even set your Kit up and no Extra Cost. BRILLIANT”

“I contacted Audibarn as my local AD didn't stock the speakers I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish Jack went above & beyond, especially for someone who had no previous business with them. The speakers are amazing and the advice from my peristant questioning was also second to none. Whilst I am loyal to my local supplier it goes without saying that should I require anything further that he's not able to provide then Audiobarn will 100% be the first alternative I try.”
