“The Audiobarn has been my go to place since 2019, and that's where I first had the pleasure of meeting Jack. Hence the team has grown now with Ben,Graeme and Steve. The customer service is excellent as always and the I will continue to use the Audiobarn for many more years to come. Great relaxed surroundings, knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service. “Brilliant service all round! I was looking to buy a Linn Sondek LP12, DSM, and speakers, and after a bit of searching and reading online reviews, I decided to visit The Audiobarn. The location is great. I live in east London, near Stratford, and was able to get to Audiobarn in around half an hour by car thanks to the M11, finding myself surrounded by farms and peace and quiet. The listening room I used was great, and Ben was really helpful explaining the alternatives which might be suitable for my home. When my new Linn system was delivered, the team had tailored it to work with my new book case (I don't have a dedicated listening room like a lot of audiophiles seem to have), principally ensuring the cable length worked, and adapting the electric plug so it would fit round the back of the book case. Although I did run into a problem (through no fault of Audiobarn, the stylus was revealed to be faulty after a couple of weeks), the team were very responsive, and got Linn to send a replacement quickly. Steve, an LP12 expert, visited to fit the new stylus, and even took the time to ensure the LP12 was calibrated perfectly. Very impressed, and I'll probably be seeking an upgrade from Audiobarn at some point.”

“Jack and the team at The Audiobarn have been very patient with me and my approach to choosing equipment. For my most recent purchases (fifth time now since I started purchasing from Jack in 2019) it required Jack and the team to coordinate some difficult to source items to demonstrate the various elements. “Hi so recently my Luxman 550Aii amplifier which is my ninth purchase from the Audio Barn, which had to go back for repair on warranty ,no fault of the Audio Barn but I must say I've been absolutely looked after completely by then. Excellent customer care Obviously they are governed by Luxman UK repair centre and it's taken a while for parts, nevertheless They've been very transparent and supportive, but as we all know Products can go wrong it’s very unusual but it does happen,I'd like to say thank you to Ben at the Audio Barn he's very very easy to talk to and just a great bloke,a knowledgeable HIFI ambassador , so while my amp is away for repair which is a phenomenal amplifier Luxman 550A. The Audio Barn have been kind enough to lend me equipment amplifiers etc which has been great fun 🤩 I would highly recommend a visit to the Audio barn Thay have an amazing establishment, when I was there last I listen to audio note all valve system on demo just amazing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the good work gentlemen . I think I've learnt if possible try and demo HIFI in your own environment. Once again thanks to the team at Audio Barn .”
