“I had contacted Audiobarn to purchase a Linn Selekt LP12 Turntable (as an upgrade from my LP12 Majik). Audiobarn were friendly and helpful to answer any questions I had before committing my purchase. Audiobarn took the time to properly service and prepare my LP12 prior to delivery. The engineer who delivered and installed my LP12 was very professional with the installation ensuring everything was just right. I am very pleased with my purchase from Audiobarn and would be very happy to buy from them again.”

“I was very pleased with the service and advice provided by Jack and Ben at the Audiobarn. After doing my research I was looking for a loudspeaker that would suit my smallish room with good efficiency and bass response. I found my previous stand mounted speakers were disappointing in that way. Ben and Jack explained how Audionote speakers would suit my listening environment. The audition rooms are excellent and I was allowed time and space to test out speaker options from my preferred vinyl source. I was very impressed with the results so an order was placed and about 6 weeks later the speakers arrived. I was also given a generous P/X deal on the previous to offset the new cost. Now home and running in nicely I am extremely happy with the speakers and would definitely recommend the Audiobarn for it's listening facilities and no pressure approach to the sales process.”

“Great advice and patience as always. The team at Audiobarn set up several sets of speakers, mirroring my system at home, and let me spend as long as I required to make my conclusions as to which ones I would like to purchase. Furthermore, I could then try the speakers at home to check that they suited my home environment. I wouldn't purchase from any other place due to the fantastic service i have received from them over the past five years. The best 👌”

“I have bought a pair of Susvaras from the Audiobarn and have traded-in my other equipments in the past. The responsiveness of the staff and the overall experience I had with the Audiobarn is nothing short of amazing. “From the initial contact and our first meeting to discuss requirements, Ben and Jack were nothing but helpfull and knowledgeble. It was quite quickly established what we were trying to achieve and Jack and Ben came up with a number of options which we were able to listen to with my speakers in a room that was of a similar size to ours. Nothing was too much trouble and my wife and I were able to listen repeatedly to the different options. After listening for some time, Ben came up with another option which we eventually settled on. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audiobarn to anyone that is thinking of either upgrading their HiFi or starting from scratch.”

“I only became aware of The Audiobarn recently when searching for local Rega dealers. I will definitely return here whenever I’m looking for audio equipment in future. I pre-ordered the ND7 as I heard it was due for release and they sold me their first delivery instead of taking it for their own demo stock. Unlike another dealer I used in the past they didn’t charge extra for fitting the cartridge. I briefly experienced one of the impressive demo rooms when listening to my new cartridge. Highly recommended - great location, facilities, management and staff.”

“The range and quality of equipment is vital, but help choosing is essential to avoid costly poor choices. Audiobarn is based in a charming if remote location. The team are readily available and ateentive whilst in no way pushy allowing all the time required to make a reasoned choice. Ben looked after me exceptionally well. I have no hesitation recommending Audiobarn to anyone taking a serious interest in their music.”

“Audiobarn paid attention to my requirements and were outstandingly accomodating as I was partially disabled at the time. Going out of their way to provide items required for a comparative demonstration, they provided prompt, efficient and pleasant installation. P/Ex was competetive, some concession was given on proces. This is service to a vry high standard.”
